Cancellation Policy

Children’s Courses

If your plans change and your child cannot attend the course, please let us know as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before the course begins
    → the full course fee will be refunded.

  • Cancellation 14–7 days before the course begins
    → a 30% cancellation fee will apply.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the course begins
    → unfortunately, the course fee cannot be refunded.

 

Once the course has started, we are unable to offer refunds, including in the case of illness. In exceptional situations, we are happy to discuss possible solutions individually.

Adult Courses

If you need to cancel your participation:

  • Cancellation more than 7 days before the course begins
    → the full course fee will be refunded.

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before the course begins
    → the course fee is non-refundable.

 

Please note that missing individual lessons does not entitle participants to a refund.

Absences

Courses are booked and paid for as a full program.
Absences due to illness are completely understandable, but they cannot be financially compensated.

If space allows, each participant may attend one replacement lesson in another class. We will always try to accommodate this whenever possible.

What data we process
We process personal data of course participants and, in the case of children, their legal guardians in the following scope:

  • first and last name

  • child’s age

  • email address

  • phone number

  • any health limitations provided voluntarily

 

Purpose of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • organization of courses and workshops

  • communication with participants

  • record keeping of payments

  • compliance with legal obligations

 

Data retention period
Personal data is stored for the duration of the course and subsequently for the period required by applicable legal regulations.

 

Sharing of data
Personal data is not shared with third parties, except in cases required by law (for example with an accountant).
 

Data subject rights
You have the right to:

  • access your personal data

  • request correction or deletion of your data

  • request restriction of processing

  • file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection.
