How Goldfinch Creative Studio Began
Goldfinch Creative Studio was born from a simple idea: creativity should be accessible to everyone.
After years working in the corporate world, I wanted to build a place where people could slow down, create with their hands, and leave feeling inspired.
What started as a dream has become a welcoming art studio where beginners feel comfortable, experienced artists feel inspired, and every visitor is encouraged to enjoy the creative process rather than strive for perfection.
Today, we welcome adults, children, families, and international visitors to explore painting, mixed media, seasonal workshops, and creative experiences in both Czech and English.
Creativity is a skill—not a talent you're born with.
Art should reduce stress, not create it.
Everyone deserves encouragement.

Goldfinch Creative Studio is the shared dream of a mother and daughter who turned their love of creativity into a welcoming space where everyone can explore their artistic side.
Together, we combine artistic education with years of experience in the corporate world and management, creating the perfect balance between creativity, inspiration, and thoughtful organization.
Having lived abroad and travelled extensively, we know that creativity has the power to bring people together. That's why making every guest feel welcome—whether you're a local or an expat—is at the heart of everything we do.
Our greatest joy is seeing someone walk in saying, "I'm not creative," and leave with a smile, newfound confidence, and a piece of art they're proud to call their own.

I was there for a cute workshop with my daugther. She enjoyed it so much, had fun with the other kids and with the teacher. She was super kind with the kids, in Czech, and in English for my expat daughter. Now my girl is the pride owner of a hand-made pot and we need to go to Hornbach to find another plant she’d like to put in it. We will for sure be back for another workshop!

Have a question? We've got you covered. Here are answers to some of the things we're asked most often.
Not at all! Our workshops are designed with beginners in mind, and most of our guests have little or no artistic experience. Our instructors provide step-by-step guidance throughout the session, along with helpful tips, techniques, and creative encouragement. We also offer stencils, tracing paper, and other tools to make the process enjoyable and approachable for everyone.
Everything you need is provided. We supply all art materials, professional-quality tools, aprons, and protective equipment. Just bring yourself, your creativity, and a willingness to have fun!
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting a little paint on. Aprons are provided, but art can sometimes be messy.
Absolutely! Many of our guests attend on their own. Our studio has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, making it easy to meet new people or simply enjoy a creative experience at your own pace.
Yes! We welcome both local and international guests, and many of our workshops are offered in both Czech and English. Our goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and included.
